  • Mustard Oil 6 tsp
  • Shelly's Fish Jhal Masala 6 tsp
  • Water 2 cups
  • Green Chillies 5-6 whole
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Slide fish steaks carefully in a pan. Lightly fry them and put aside.

Heat the mustard oil and add Shelly’s Fish Jhal Masala made into paste with water.

Add the green chillies and salt to taste.

Pour in about 2 cups of water into the pan and add the fish steaks carefully.

Cover the pan, turn down the heat and let it simmer for some time till the fish is cooked.

Serve hot with Shelly’s Gobindobhog rice.
