  • Mustard Oil 4 tsp
  • Shelly’s Dalna Masala 4 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Tomato Puree 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Onion Paste 1/2 tsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Shelly's Ghee 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Heat oil in a pan fry the assortment of vegetables
that are cut into squares and quarter sizes.

Heat 4 tsps of cooking oil in the pan and add 4 tsps of Shelly’s Dalna Masala made into paste by adding water.

Stir for sometime, taking care that the masala
does not stick to the bottom.

Sprinkle some salt to taste and about 2 tsps
of sugar to balance the flavours.

Pour the tomato puree, ginger paste and onion paste to it (optional). Fry well.

Pour in a cup of water, cover and let it simmer.
Stir from time to time.

Wait till the vegetables are cooked and nearly dry.

Garnish with 1 tsp Shelly’s Premium Ghee.

Serve hot with Shelly’s Gobindobhog rice.
