  • Assorted Vegetables 500g
  • Mustard Oil 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 & 1/2 tsp
  • Shelly's Shukto Masala 2 & 1/2 tsp
  • Shelly's Premium Ghee 3 tsp
  • Lentil Cakes (Bori)
  • Water (as required)
  • Per 100g

Directions

Arrange vegetables and chop all of them in
evenly proportioned pieces (potatoes, green bananas, karelas, drumsticks and so on).

Heat up a pan and pour the oil with the sugar.

Fry the vegetables for some time till they turn soft. The vegetables which require more frying go in first.

Fry the lentil cakes alongside.

Mix the Shelly’s Shukto Masala with the required quantity of water and pour over the vegetables.

Add salt and let them simmer till done.

Remove from heat and sprinkle Shelly’s Premium Ghee on top for added flavour.

Serve hot with Shelly’s Gobindobhog rice.
